Soon, cannabis consumers in Newton will have a choice of where to buy their cannabis in-town. That is because Cypress Tree Management’s Newton dispensary has already gained approved to sell medical marijuana and to renovate their property for adult-use (recreational) sales.

Cypress Tree Management’s Newton dispensary could be the most convenient  way to get cannabis in the Metro-Boston area. That’s because their 24 Elliot Street location is right off Rt. 9 and boasts 27 parking spaces.  At the moment, other cannabis dispensaries in Massachusetts are often located off the beaten path and offer limited parking.  Cypress Tree Management’s Newton dispensary also plans to offer delivery to qualified customers who prefer to shop from their home.

Cypress Tree Management’s Newton dispensary plans to spare no expense in regard to security. In addition to their cameras, panic alarms, glass-break indicators, identification verification equipment and extensive locks, they’ve hired former Massachusetts State Police officer Rick Nagle to spearhead operational safety as their security consultant. All of their products will be tracked ‘seed-to-sale’ to prevent diversion and promote accountability.

During the first 6 months that Cypress Tree Management’s Newton dispensary is open, they will hire police from 3:45pm – 7:00pm to help with the additional traffic. They are also considering shuttling customers from off-site locations, if demand requires it.

Look out for this up-and-coming cannabis brand. Cypress Tree Management is exploring opening operations in Waltham, Natick and Boston as well.
